Business Development Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You’ll work closely with the marketing, sales, and project teams to develop strategies that expand our client base and strengthen our market presence.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and outbound outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing, SEO, web development, or IT solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

 

Requirements

 

3-7 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Strong experience in B2B sales, preferably in Digital Marketing, SEO, IT Services, or Web Development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management.
Strong relationship-building and client management abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
